Understanding Breastfeeding eClass

Studies show that parents that take a breastfeeding class prior to delivery are more likely to reach their breastfeeding goals. Our online Breastfeeding class allows you to prepare for breastfeeding your newborn in the comfort of your own home. This class will prepare you with the most essential information about how breastfeeding works, how to get started with breastfeeding, how to make sure your baby is getting enough milk, breast care, returning to work, and more.
In this class, you’ll learn all about breastfeeding through instructive video clips, animations, and interactive games. You’ll also get a sense of what it’s really like to breastfeed as you hear from moms who have been there! You will have access to this information for 9 months and the class will take 1.5 - 2 hours to complete.
This class is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Arabic, Japanese and Chinese. If you require assistance, please email us!
