Join us for a workshop designed to help you navigate health and nutrition in pregnancy and beyond!

Being healthy and low-risk will not only help you in the delivery room, but you will feel better during pregnancy, birth, and recover more quickly postpartum. In this class from Birth Boot Camp® you will learn the how-tos to build a great physical foundation for your pregnancy, birth, and baby. This 3 hour class, held quarterly ,will give you the tools you need to take charge of your pregnancy health.  

Perfect for mom’s looking to maintain a healthy weight, manage gestational diabetes with diet, or those that just want more information on food and fitness in pregnancy.

Class will be held in Meeting Rooms 1&2 at Ascension River District. 

Registration closes 1 week prior to event.

Cost for this class is $35, but don't let cost keep you from registering.

If your class required payment, a refund will be given if a cancellation request is received 2 business days (48 hours) prior to the start of the class/program. A full refund will be given for any class cancelled by the site.
