Join us for our Childbirth class, to prepare physically and emotionally for pregnancy, birth and your new role as parents.

Classes help make your birth experience the best possible, with comfort and relaxation techniques, birth and intervention information, bonding and breastfeeding. This childbirth class packs the information regarding your hospital birth experience into one day. 

Registration includes mom and one support partner. 

A tour of the birthing unit is included.

Session One - 9am - 12pm
Session Two - 1pm - 4pm

Wear comfortable clothing to class and bring a support person!!

Location: Main Floor Meeting Room

Refunds: If your class required payment, a refund will be given if you deliver prior to the start of the class or are placed on bedrest.   Refunds will also be given if a cancellation request is received 2 business days (48 hours) prior to the start of the class/program. A full refund will be given for any class cancelled by the site.
