Join us for a workshop designed to help both birth partners build confidence for the big day.

You will take in lots of relaxation, comfort measures, massage imagery for labor as well as communication skills fr labor. this workshop does not replace a childbirth education course, but is a great compliment - especially to a quick course at a hospital.

The beautiful workbook that comes with this workshop is one you will want to spend time with for the duration of the pregnancy.

Whether you are desiring a medication-free birth, VBAC, or an epidural for labor, this class is for you. Pregnant for the first time, inviting a new labor-support person into your birth space, desiring a refresher before your big day - all mothers and their partners are invited to join us.

Class will be held in Meeting Rooms 1&2 at Ascension River District. 

Registration closes 1 week prior to event.
