Join us for a workshop designed to help both birth partners build confidence for the big day.

If you desire an unmedicated birth, are first-time parents, or are preparing for a VBAC, this class will prepare you on all levels – physically, mentally, and emotionally.  Other childbirth classes simply scratch the surface of  what all birth can entail. Our Birth Boot Camp class is designed for the couple who wants more.
More education. More fun. More relaxation and labor practice. More information on interventions, including medicated and cesarean births. They want to be able to make informed decisions as their birth unfolds.

This class is tailored to encouraging evidence-based care in a hospital-birth setting. 

Workbook included. 

This class is a hybrid of online and in-person classes. It includes 12 months of access to the online classes with 6 weeks of 1 hour Zoom meetings to debrief and answer questions. 

Registration closes 1 week prior to event, workbook is included.

Cost for this class is $200, but don't let cost keep you from registering.

If your class required payment, a refund, minus deposit, will be given if a cancellation request is received 2 business days (48 hours) prior to the start of the class/program. A full refund will be given for any class cancelled by the site.
