Pool Rentals Important Things To Know:

• Cost - $225 non-member
• Ascension Borgess Health & Fitness members receive a $25.00 discount. Call (269) 552-2348 to verify your membership and receive your discount code. 
• Includes 1 hour pool rental followed by 1 hour party room rental.
• Well suited for groups of 10-30 swimmers. 
• All rental groups must follow Ascension Borgess Health & Fitness Pool Rules 
• All rental groups must follow Ascension Borgess Health & Fitness Party Room Use and Guidelines 
• All rental groups must be checked out of rental spaces by an Ascension Borgess Health & Fitness staff member at the end of their rental time using our ABHF Rental Checkout Form.pdf
• Rental Request Form must be submitted 14 days prior to event in order to allow time to prepare contract, schedule staff, and finalize event.
• Pool/party room rentals over 2 hours are available by request (subject to availability).

Room Rentals Important Things To Know:

• Cost - $250 non-member
• Ascension Borgess Health & Fitness members receive a $40.00 discount. Call (269) 552-2348 to verify your membership and receive your discount code. 
• Includes 3 hour party room rental.
• Well suited for groups up to 40. 
• All rental groups must follow Ascension Borgess Health & Fitness Party Room Use and Guidelines
• All rental groups must be checked out of rental spaces by an Ascension Borgess Health & Fitness staff member at the end of their rental time using our ABHF Rental Checkout Form
• Rental Request Form must be submitted 14 days prior to event in order to allow time to prepare contract, schedule staff, and finalize event.

Refund Policy

Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before a rental is set to occur and a full refund will be issued. If a rental group fails to show up for their scheduled time, a refund will not be issued.
